What are the delivery times in France?

2 to 4 working days within mainland France via our Easy Express carrier. You'll receive an order confirmation email, then a tracking email as soon as it ships.

Is shipping really free in France?

Yes, home delivery is free with no minimum spend in mainland France. For the EU, it's free above €120 (€12 below).

How long do I have to return?

30 days from delivery. After that, we can no longer accept returns.

In mainland France, yes: a pre-paid return label is included in every parcel. For EU orders, return shipping costs are at your expense — we recommend sending by tracked service.

When do I get my refund?

Accepted Answer

Within 7 working days of your return arriving at our Aubervilliers atelier. The refund is issued to the payment method used at checkout.

Can I exchange one piece for a different size?

For now, we only do return-and-refund. Re-order the size you'd like separately. Direct exchanges are coming soon.
